Yesterday, roughly from 5:00 AM until 8:00 AM PST, some TC IPA 5 merchants experienced elongated initialization and processing times, with a majority of impacts felt between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM PST. These issues were the result of unexpectedly high processor utilization by an automated weekend maintenance job. To prevent recurrences, TrustCommerce is refining alerting thresholds specifically around this and similar maintenance jobs.
