On February 12, 2025, Microsoft performed unexpected maintenance on Azure infrastructure components outside the perimeter of the TrustCommerce network. Microsoft encountered an issue during this maintenance that caused an unintentional service degradation that briefly affected TC IPA traffic several times on February 12th and 13th. On February 13th, Microsoft corrected the underlying issue. TrustCommerce will continue working closely with Microsoft to ensure maximum availability.
