On April 10, 2025, roughly from 5:00 AM until 7:15 AM PDT, some TrustCommerce and Fiserv Rapid Connect (FRC) merchants experienced intermittently increased processing latencies and timeouts relating to an upstream connectivity issue between the TrustCommerce and Fiserv networks. The issue resolved at roughly 7:15 AM PDT, with a small number of residual errors trailing into the afternoon (less than 0.05% of FRC transactions). TrustCommerce will continue monitor closely.
