On April 30, 2025, roughly from 12:10 PM until 1:20 PM PDT, some TC IPA merchants experienced intermittent errors arising from an Azure gateway addressing issue. This issue was the result of maintenance to the TC IPA 5 staging environment that unintentionally affected one of two production gateways. TrustCommerce has initiated an audit of all stage-production cross dependencies to ensure that such cross dependencies are minimal. In the meantime, all changes to the staging environment have been suspended.
