Some TC IPA 5 merchants have received an increase in error code 3594 returns. In some cases, there have been reports of some transactions being duplicated. TrustCommerce operations teams are actively working to address this issue as their top priority, with a mitigation scheduled for release this evening by 10:00 PM PDT. TrustCommerce recommends that clients experiencing this issue review daily transaction reports to identify any potential duplicates. An update will be provided tomorrow by 9:00 AM PDT.
