Please be advised that TrustCommerce’s Merchant PCI DSS portal, available at TCTransact.com, will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during the following maintenance window:

• Start: Friday, May 22, 2026 at 9:00 PM CDT
• End: Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 6:00 AM CDT

During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

• Self-Assessment Questionnaire Services
• ASV Scanning Services
• DoublePlay/Script Monitoring Services

Clients will not be able to access the PCI services while maintenance is in progress. We recommend planning any required PCI compliance activities outside of this maintenance window.
